Look for special promotions, extended hours, art and more on the first Friday evening of each month. Meet local business owners, artisans, the community, friends and neighbors. Available Items is a multi-concept store focused on home goods. It features a selection of folk and modern furniture, handcrafted objects and a dedicated room for art and design books, curated by owners Chad Phillips and Kristin Coleman.

Thrift 2 Fight
This innovative movement is so much more than a shop - though, their store is a welcoming focal point as you enter the village of Tivoli. Join them in the pursuit of activism, justice and advocacy - and more - by shopping, donating and getting involved. Help champion those doing important work at the intersections of racial justice, queer liberation and disability rights activism. A percentage of sales is donated to relevant grassroots organizations, along with other ways to support their mission.
